The coordinator creates opportunities for in-person sales consultations that can lead to memberships. The role supports the sales and coaching teams by contacting leads, responding to inquiries, following up with prospects, and accurately tracking activity in the CRM.

What you'll do

• Contact leads by phone, text, and email to set consultations and appointments
• conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations
• respond promptly to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaigns
• follow up with prospects
• build rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients
• schedule in-person sales consultations with the coaching team
• track activity and follow-ups in the CRM
• represent D1 Training professionally in the local community.
