What you'll do

• Monitor cash positions and reconcile bank accounts, point-of-sale sales, card settlements, and delivery deposits
• support banking administration and account setup
• monitor petty cash and cash-handling compliance
• prepare journal entries and support month-end close, forecasting, reporting, and audits
• maintain controls and identify risks
• support workflow improvements and advise restaurant managers.
