What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of business and individual tax clients
• prepare and review complex federal and state returns
• develop tax planning strategies
• research tax laws and advise on complex matters
• review financial statements and accounting records
• respond to tax notices and represent clients during audits when necessary
• maintain client relationships
• mentor tax staff
• and improve workflows.
