What you'll do

• Support invoice billing creation and review
• create accrual files for month-end close
• review material purchases, usage, and consumption trends
• prepare recurring and month-end reports
• track client KPIs and SLAs
• extract, transform, validate, and reconcile data from SAP, Power BI, SharePoint, and other systems
• maintain dashboards and reporting tools
• document KPI definitions and investigate variances
• support FTZ reporting
• recommend distribution and supply-chain improvements
• collaborate with internal teams and customers
• assist auditors
• support automation and AI-enabled workflow opportunities
• document current- and future-state processes.
