SUPERVISOR: Director of Operations. Maintain agency philosophy of “Treating people the way you want to be treated”. Oversees the upkeep of ALPHA through resident participation and advises the Executive Director of repair needs. Responsible for the adherence of ALPHA rules and regulations by the residents.
