Job overview
Compensation is $2 per hour. The Lead Team Member position is an onsite role located in Winchester, VA. , though an additional $1.50/hr is provided for overnight shifts between 10pm and 6am, supporting the store operations team at Sheetz. This role exists to provide leadership by example, ensuring high-energy customer service and efficient store operations. The lead team member mentors staff, manages product merchandising, and maintains cleanliness to ensure a positive customer experience.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers with top-tier service, prepare quality food and beverages to specification, mentor and coach team members, manage in-store product inventory and merchandising, and maintain store cleanliness.
