What you'll do

• Assist with day-to-day agency operations, hiring, interviews, and training
• manage, supervise, coordinate, evaluate, and develop client care teams
• conduct caregiver competency assessments
• ensure compliance with home care regulations
• maintain liaison between the governing body and agency staff
• oversee the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement Program
• conduct client admissions
• participate in marketing opportunities upon request
• ensure qualified coverage during operating hours.
