Accounts Payable Analyst

What you'll do

• Receive and verify supplier invoices
• match invoices with bills of lading and goods-received notices
• process invoices in the Syspro ERP system
• prepare biweekly vendor payments for review and send payment notifications
• maintain supplier master and vendor files
• reconcile supplier accounts and resolve pending issues
• complete month-end AP accruals
• and perform accounts payable and administrative filing.
