Logistics Lead

What you'll do

• Coordinate and delegate daily work across warehouse functions (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, etc.). Support team members with troubleshooting and operational guidance. Serve as a liaison between employees and management. Train and mentor employees
• act as a subject matter expert (SME). Rotate staff across functions based on business needs. Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and internal tools to manage workflows. Identify process improvements and support Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives. Promote a safe, clean, and productive work environment. Provide feedback to leadership on team performance.
