What you'll do

• Coordinate employment and social support services with participants, parole agents, and community partners
• administer assessments and develop action plans
• work with businesses to verify employment and understand hiring needs
• connect participants with training opportunities
• complete required reporting and maintain case files
• manage participant training and work-supply budgets
• obtain vital documents and transit passes
• distribute food, hygiene kits, and clothing vouchers
• maintain communication with participants and awareness of community resources.
