Human Resources Operations Coordinator

The Human Resources Operations Coordinator role is onsite in Costa Mesa, CA, with pay of $25–$28 per hour. The coordinator supports Riser Fitness’s employee lifecycle administration and works with the HR Operations Manager, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll. The role keeps employee transactions moving accurately and on time, from onboarding through changes, leave administration, and offboarding. It also maintains personnel records, tracks compliance paperwork, and triages routine employee and manager requests.

What you'll do

• Process onboarding paperwork and system setup
• enter and update employee records in Rippling
• collect and verify I-9 and tax documents
• process approved employee changes
• route compensation and leave-related changes to Payroll and Benefits
• track leave dates and documentation
• process offboarding and access deactivation
• triage the shared HR inbox
• maintain personnel files and lifecycle trackers
• assist with compliance paperwork.
