What you'll do

• Coordinate and meet with Deaf learners and tutors
• coordinate tutor-recruitment social media posts
• conduct outreach to selected organizations
• recruit appropriate tutor volunteers and coordinate training with the Literacy Coordinator
• manage tutor recruitment, applications, training, and onboarding
• post ASL Deaf Tutor ads
• research, adapt, and refine literacy curriculum and design adult literacy unit plans.
