What you'll do

• Lead the HR team and agency HR strategies
• develop performance management plans, policies, procedures, and systems
• ensure employment-law and leave compliance
• advise managers and employees
• coordinate sensitive matters with legal counsel and HR experts
• oversee recruitment, retention, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, claims, audits, reporting, payroll and timekeeping systems, and HR records
• and support succession planning and organizational effectiveness.
