Restorative Aide (Licensed Nursing Assistant)

The Restorative Aide (Licensed Nursing Assistant) role is onsite in Bennington, VT. Pay is $20–$25 per hour. The Center for Living & Rehabilitation is seeking a Vermont-certified LNA to assist residents with restorative care. The aide implements restorative programs under nursing and therapy direction, supports mobility and daily living activities, and documents care and progress. By following individualized care plans and reporting changes promptly, the role helps residents maintain independence and quality of life.

What you'll do

• Implement restorative programs as directed by nursing and therapy teams
• assist residents with mobility, range-of-motion exercises, and activities of daily living
• document restorative care accurately in accordance with facility and state guidelines
• monitor progress and promptly report changes to nursing staff
• maintain a safe and clean resident environment
• collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to follow individualized care plans.
