What you'll do

• Lead product commercialization to meet consumer expectations, cost targets, and timelines
• partner with product and design teams on products, components, and trims
• maintain bills of materials, technical, color, and fit specifications
• lead sample iterations and tracking
• prototype, pattern, and research markets to test concepts
• manage development assets and the PLM database
• communicate product changes to factories
• monitor vendors and suppliers
• use costing analytics and negotiation to meet target costs.
