Service Writer / Automotive Technician

What you'll do

• Listen to customers and consult on requested services
• follow up on service requests and estimated completion times
• oversee vehicle inspections, recommendations, repair orders, and parts sourcing
• discuss estimates and service specials
• lead, manage, and train the team
• supervise up to five employees
• oversee diagnosis and repair work
• perform oil changes, inspections, tire and brake work, starting and charging repairs, engine maintenance, steering and suspension work, diagnostics, and air-conditioning work
• maintain facility cleanliness and organization.
