What you'll do

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance in residential units and common areas
• diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry, and building-system issues
• complete service requests
• participate in the after-hours on-call rotation
• prepare vacant apartments through painting, patching, cleaning, and fixture or appliance repairs
• inspect HVAC systems and replace filters
• conduct preventive maintenance and property inspections
• maintain grounds and common areas
• document work and inspections
• communicate with residents about maintenance updates.
