The position offers a salary range of $130,000 to $235,000 per year and serves as a strategic advisor to the Sector President. This role aligns security initiatives with strategic growth objectives, manages regulatory compliance, and oversees personnel security, classified facility reciprocity, and threat mitigation. The Director leads security staff and influences leadership decisions to ensure long-term success and profitability through robust security infrastructure.
