The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in High Point, NC, with stated pay of $17–$18 per hour. What you'll do

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial building equipment
• maintain and repair locks, doors, closers, and controllers
• perform manual repairs such as fixing locks and replacing windows
• conduct general upkeep, including landscaping and wallpaper repairs
• perform painting, carpentry, plumbing, and guest-room preventive maintenance as assigned
• travel to different locations when necessary.
