Food Unit Lead — Full-Time and Part-Time

The Food Unit Lead role is onsite at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL, with pay of $16 per hour. The listed schedule is Monday–Thursday, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, and Saturday, 8:30 AM–3:00 PM. What you'll do

• Coordinate and supervise food-service employees
• participate in food and beverage preparation and service
• help plan menus
• ensure timely meal service
• respond to customer complaints
• train staff and assign work
• prepare work schedules and reports
• handle cash according to established procedures
• order food and supplies from approved sources
• direct sanitation and safety practices
• maintain cleaning schedules
• help select and orient employees.
