Make Ready Technician

What you'll do

• inspect the community and report hazards
• follow OSHA and company safety procedures
• assist with common-area and preventive maintenance
• respond to service requests within 24 hours
• ensure vacant units are market-ready within seven days
• maintain tools and supplies
• keep storage areas organized
• complete required training.
