What you'll do

• Investigate and analyze property claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages
• interpret policy language
• prepare coverage correspondence
• communicate with insureds, agents, contractors, attorneys, and internal partners
• use remote inspection tools and independent adjusters as appropriate
• maintain claim documentation and reserves
• pursue subrogation and salvage opportunities
• manage disputed claims
• prepare claim reports
• create and audit estimates using Xactimate
• comply with state insurance laws and internal standards.
