Youth Independent Living Evening Support Specialist — Part-Time

The Youth Independent Living Evening Support Specialist role is onsite in Virginia Beach, VA, and part-time, with pay of $17–$20 per hour. The position supports Intercept Health’s YouthQuest program. Intercept Health serves mental and behavioral health, substance use, and foster care needs in Virginia. The specialist serves as a positive role model and helps residents develop social and independent-living skills. The role contributes to residents’ transitional living plans through supervision, practical guidance, transportation, and documentation.

What you'll do

• Build cooperation and help resolve resident conflicts while maintaining appropriate boundaries
• transport and supervise residents on community outings, activities, and appointments
• guide hygiene, condominium care, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and weekly chores
• apply the behavioral system consistently
• supervise medication administration as appropriate
• check curfew or approved-pass status and document incidents and resident information.
