What you'll do

• Resolve quality issues and implement action plans
• coordinate internal audits and corrective actions
• develop the annual audit plan and lead internal audits
• oversee controlled documents
• manage continuous improvement projects
• oversee complaints, change control, deviations, investigations, CAPA, supplier approval, and change management processes
• supervise the quality department
• ensure plant processes meet TL-9000 requirements
• develop standard work, procedures, and training guides.
