What you'll do

• Greet and seat guests
• present menus, take orders, and recommend items
• communicate orders to the kitchen or bar
• serve food and beverages and check guest satisfaction
• clear and reset tables
• maintain clean, stocked dining areas
• collaborate with colleagues and assist with training as needed
• support room service or special events when assigned
• promote menu offerings, process checks and payments, and follow food safety, alcohol service, grooming, and confidentiality policies.
