What you'll do

• Meet with individuals, families, business owners, and farmers to design estate plans
• draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, business succession plans, and related documents
• collaborate with senior attorneys on estate, tax, and business planning
• build client and referral-partner relationships
• support legal workflow and client service standards
• guide support staff
• coordinate with the Sioux Falls team.
