Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Contract

Provide evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document care in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards. Promote patient and employee safety and adhere to clinic policies, state practice acts, and professional codes of conduct. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive learning environment for students when assigned.
