What you'll do

• Oversee fraud investigations, alerts, referrals, and incidents
• prioritize team workloads based on risk, customer impact, potential loss, recovery opportunities, and service expectations
• review complex cases and provide investigative guidance
• coordinate responses to significant fraud events
• analyze trends and loss data and recommend control improvements
• coach and develop staff
• maintain policies, procedures, detection strategies, controls, reporting, and investigation standards
• partner with business lines and support functions on prevention, audits, and emerging threats.
