What you'll do

• Greet guests
• handle check-in and check-out, room assignments, payments, and guest records
• respond to inquiries and concerns
• manage reservations and availability in the hotel booking system
• answer calls and emails
• process deposits and refunds
• coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management
• quote rates, enter bookings in Maestro, send confirmations, and recommend room upgrades and resort facilities.
