What you'll do

• Prepare project cost estimates
• review plans, specifications, bid documents, and geotechnical reports
• perform quantity takeoffs
• solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes
• assist with bids, schedules, and pricing
• maintain estimating records
• attend pre-bid meetings and site walks
• coordinate with project teams
• support project planning, procurement, change orders, budgets, schedules, cost control, documentation, and closeout.
