The Field and Network Operations Technician role is primarily onsite at Gable’s headquarters in Curtis Bay, MD. The posting gives an hourly range of $25–$29. The technician provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support and helps maintain client system uptime. The role troubleshoots software, hardware, connectivity, and digital-signage systems; manages and documents tickets; supports deployments and field repairs; and coordinates with internal teams, remote technicians, and vendors to resolve issues.

What you'll do

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support through remote tools, phone, and email
• troubleshoot software, hardware, CMS, and connectivity issues
• conduct field repairs for kiosks and LED boards
• document and resolve tickets
• maintain ticket and inventory records
• configure and deploy systems
• support software updates and user access
• coordinate replacement parts
• contribute to knowledge-base materials.
