What you'll do

• Assess participants’ skills and interests
• provide individualized skills training and support
• build natural supports and identify job accommodations and assistive technology
• conduct job and task analyses and situational assessments
• carry out job-coaching and skills-training plans
• train participants in grooming, hygiene, communication, interviewing, and workplace behavior
• coordinate with Arc staff, Toyota personnel, families, and other parties
• perform quality checks and support production, assembly, palletizing, and continuous improvement activities.
