The role oversees financial performance, payer relations, revenue cycle, compliance, staff leadership, and daily clinic execution.

What you'll do

• Manage the operating budget, monthly financial reporting, collections, accounts receivable, claims, denials, and appeals
• coordinate accounting close and reporting with the CPA
• manage payer contracting, fee schedules, credentialing, and compliance
• direct intake, waitlists, scheduling, and no-show reduction
• oversee EHR, practice management systems, telehealth workflows, and vendors
• recruit, onboard, supervise, and develop non-clinical staff
• manage payroll, benefits, PTO, and HR records
• support growth planning, clinician recruitment, service launches, referral relationships, and marketing.
