The Line Cook role is onsite in Manakin Sabot, VA, with compensation of $18–$22 per hour. Hermitage Country Club’s culinary team prepares dining experiences for its members and guests. The cook prepares dishes to the club’s standards, collaborates with kitchen staff on menu items and service, and maintains food safety, sanitation, inventory, and workstation standards. The schedule may include day, morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.

What you'll do

• Prepare and execute dishes with attention to taste, presentation, and quality
• collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu items
• follow recipes and guidelines
• maintain a clean and organized workstation and comply with food safety and sanitation standards
• coordinate with kitchen staff during service
• assist with food inventory, storage, and ingredient rotation
• contribute to a professional work environment.
