What you'll do

• Lead capital and controlled-maintenance projects
• support project management staff
• establish and assess departmental goals and practices
• develop and monitor project budgets and funding strategies
• maintain facilities master plans and condition assessments
• guide long-range planning
• assess infrastructure needs
• ensure regulatory and safety compliance
• coordinate inspections and testing
• maintain required records
• serve as primary college contact for design and construction partners
• supervise Facilities personnel.
