What you'll do
- Perform complex sorting and decisioning of non-standard or rejected transactions.
- Operate high-speed mail extraction and scanning equipment including I-Tran, IMBL, and OPEX models.
- Maintain accurate performance output in accordance with department standards.
- Assist with training as needed.
