Group Home Manager

What you'll do

• Coordinate residential services and community integration
• supervise the assistant manager and staff
• participate in recruiting and hiring
• oversee household and individual funds
• implement and monitor treatment plans
• ensure documentation is complete
• coordinate medical care, meals, recreation, transportation, and supervision
• communicate with clinical staff and supervisors
• maintain staffing patterns and provide direct support as needed.
