• Coordinate jobs through manufacturing and shipping

• obtain approved art and data files
• coordinate purchase orders, supplied materials, and customer approvals
• review purchase orders against estimates
• set and communicate milestones with Scheduling
• generate job tickets
• ensure specifications, pricing, and shipping instructions are ready for scheduling and manufacturing.
