What you'll do

• Conduct phone and video consultations
• ask questions to understand client needs and coverage objectives
• explain life insurance and related products
• present options from contracted carriers consistent with licensing requirements and company procedures
• follow up and assist with applications, underwriting requirements, and policy placement
• maintain client records and CRM notes
• provide timely service
• participate in product training and compliance education
• follow applicable laws, carrier requirements, and company policies.
