Registered Nurse (RN) Admissions Director – Hospice

The Registered Nurse (RN) Admissions Director – Hospice role is onsite in Clearwater, FL, with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call duties as needed. Salary is $105,000–$125,000 per year. The role supports AccentCare’s hospice admissions team and its patient and family services. The director leads and develops the admissions team, coordinates the referral-to-admission process, and monitors staffing, productivity, and referral data to support compliant, timely admissions and quality care.

What you'll do

• Coach and serve as a resource to the Admissions Team
• ensure referral-to-admission services comply with regulations
• coordinate care with physicians, hospice staff, and agencies
• evaluate productivity, referral, and admission data
• monitor referral and admission metrics
• mentor follow-up activities
• participate in site leadership and strategic planning
• meet with the team to review data and provide support and education.
