What you'll do

• Complete assigned maintenance service requests and work orders
• perform make-ready repairs and services for vacant apartments
• monitor property conditions and correct unsafe conditions
• keep the property clean and presentable
• maintain maintenance and work-order records
• monitor spare-parts inventory and report shortages
• operate a plow truck
• police grounds and perform lawn maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and playground upkeep as needed
• provide scheduled emergency maintenance service.
