Hardware Computer Repair Technician

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair desktop and laptop hardware and software issues
• install and upgrade operating systems, software, and drivers
• inspect and document defects
• disassemble and reassemble devices to repair or replace components
• maintain repair records and ticket resolutions
• organize the work area
• communicate inventory and parts needs
• follow repair procedures, quality standards, and service-level agreements.
