The Surveillance Observer role is onsite in Tama, IA. Compensation is $18.78 per hour, with shift differentials of $0.50 per hour for 4 p.m.–midnight and $1.00 per hour for midnight–8 a.m. The observer supports casino and hotel operations at Meskwaki Bingo Casino Hotel. The observer monitors casino areas through CCTV to identify irregular activity and help protect assets. The role also supports internal controls, departmental procedures, regulatory compliance, and the safety of guests and coworkers through observation, investigation, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Conduct continuous CCTV surveillance as directed
• support managers and fellow observers with asset-protection information
• maintain professional relationships with the Gaming Commission and its agents
• comply with company and gaming regulations
• monitor the casino environment for safety
• investigate, review, observe, and report activity
• maintain logs and reports.
