What you'll do

• Support contractor bids and project opportunities
• perform HVAC take-offs, estimating, and product selection and pricing
• prepare quotations, proposals, and submittals
• enter and manage customer orders and project documentation
• maintain project logs
• track shipments, deliveries, and milestones
• update project details in the ERP tool
• coordinate startup with service teams
• manage warranty documentation and O&M manuals
• support billing and closeout
• communicate with contractors, engineers, sales teams, and manufacturers
• and maintain accurate project records.
