This is a full-time, onsite position for a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Hospice/Palliative Care in Tucson, AZ, joining Banner Health. What you'll do

• Deliver comprehensive palliative care to adult patients.
• Manage symptoms, discuss goals of care, and perform advance care planning.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team.
• Requires ACNP/FNP certification, AZ License, CPR, BLS, and prescribing privileges.
• ACHPN preferred or expected within 2 years.
