What you'll do

• Wash pots, pans, trays, and silver
• remove and sort trash
• sweep and mop floors and clean work surfaces and equipment
• transfer supplies and restock tools
• collect room-service and bar trays
• maintain temperature logs and organize the walk-in cooler and freezer
• bus tables
• assist line cooks with food preparation, storage, and dating.
