The European Automotive Technician (A-Level) is an onsite role based in Gainesville, VA, offering an annual compensation of $100,000–$120,000. This position supports the Euro Service Automotive team, a busy specialty shop dedicated to high-quality European vehicle maintenance and repair. The role exists to provide expert diagnostic and repair services for European vehicles, ensuring high-quality outcomes for customers. By utilizing advanced OEM diagnostic equipment and software, the technician contributes to the shop's efficiency and reputation for excellence in Northern Virginia.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair European vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment and OEM software
• Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and accurately document vehicle condition
• Diagnose drivability, electrical, maintenance, and mechanical concerns
• Utilize Shop-Ware, Steer CRM, Autologic, iScan, BMW ISTA, and manufacturer-specific diagnostic software
• Recommend necessary repairs and maintenance based on vehicle condition
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to maintain an efficient workflow
• Deliver accurate, high-quality repairs the first time.
