The Line Cook role is onsite in Dallas, TX. Pay is $17–$22 per hour. The position supports Drake’s restaurant’s culinary team in delivering its dining experience, with an emphasis on premium steaks and seafood, hospitality, and consistent execution. The cook prepares menu items to recipe, guest-request, portion, temperature, and timing standards. Maintaining a clean, stocked station and coordinating with culinary and front-of-house colleagues helps ensure accurate, well-paced service.

What you'll do

• Execute menu recipes consistently
• prepare dishes according to guest requests, portion guidelines, temperature specifications, and timing standards
• maintain a clean, organized, stocked station and follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• manage multiple tickets
• collaborate with culinary and front-of-house teams
• use proper cooking techniques, knife skills, and equipment
• uphold plate presentation
• assist with prep, stock rotation, storage, and opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures.
