What you'll do

• Provide nutrition services according to policies and applicable requirements
• participate in planning, organizing, developing, and directing resident nutritional care
• work with others to ensure quality nutrition services
• support the Dining Services Department Head in maintaining a clean, safe, sanitary dining environment
• liaise between dining and clinical staff
• maintain records and complete reports as required.
