What you'll do

• Build relationships with local clients and job seekers
• welcome candidates, conduct interviews, and guide applicants through hiring
• manage onboarding paperwork and background checks
• maintain ATS records and generate reports
• review resumes and assess candidate skills
• coordinate with recruiters and branch leadership
• assist with job postings and career fairs
• monitor placements and client feedback.
